What happens during a comprehensive Feng Shui Advantage® consultation?
In order to prepare the 'Feng Shui Personal Directions' pages of your 3-part e Feng Shui Advantage® report, you'll provide all the names, genders and dates of birth for all the residences of your home or management team members of your business when scheduling your appointment.
Upon my arrival, you’ll give me a tour of your home/ workplace, the date of construction, the dates of any major reconstruction or additions and an exact floor plan which includes the precise location of all doors and windows. If you have a detailed floor plan, drawn exactly to scale, the consultation takes a minimum of five (5) hours from start to finish. Please allow an additional hour to 1.5 hours per 1,000 square feet for drawing the floor plan, if one is not available. An additional fee of 20¢ per square foot will be charged for creating your floor plan. You will be given a blank copy of the floor plan I create that you may use for other purposes later. If you prefer, I can send you detailed directions on how to draw your own floor plan.
After the tour, your attention is NOT required, while I'm evaluating all the Feng Shui influences and preparing your 3-part report. You may continue quietly working, watch a movie, read a book or do gardening while I'm analyzing your home / office and preparing your report.
Once your report is completed, we sit down together and go over every detail of your entire report. We'll even brainstorm how you can implement your required elemental remedies to blend with your decor and I'll answer all your questions. You keep the original report and will be emailed an .mp3 recording of us going over the entire report. I keep a copy of your report, so you may call or email me with any additional questions you have while implementing your remedies. Plus, I use my copy of your report to give you the opportunity to order annual updates by email or mail.
What you'll need to provide at the time of the consultations:
- Birth dates of permanent occupants of your residence or of your management team.
- Detailed floor plan (11" x 17" maximum, 8" X 11" preferred) drawn to scale showing all doors and windows. If you don't have a floor plan, a separate visit is required for taking measurements to create your floor plan for an additional 25¢ per square foot. You will be given a blank copy of the floor plan I create that you may use for other purposes later. If you prefer, I can send you detailed directions on how to draw your own floor plan.
- Year of construction (also year of any major reconstruction or additions). It's crucial that this date is accurate to ensure you are advised... the correct elemental Feng Shui remedies to use. To find the year of construction, first check your deed or ask your realtor or landlord. However, the best sources for finding the year of construction are your county property tax assessor's office, city building permit office or a real estate title company's customer service department.
Consultation Fees and Payment Options:
- An accurate floor plan is crucial to creating an accurate Feng Shui report. If you don't already have an accurate to-scale floor plan, I will need to visit you to take measurements. I charge an additional 60¢ per square foot to creating a floor plan of the existing structure. As a BONUS, I will give you a blank copy of the floor plan I create that you may use for other purposes later. If you prefer, I can send you detailed directions on how to draw your floor plan exactly to scale or you can use computer software to create your floor plan. - COMPREHENSIVE Feng Shui report for occupied EXISTING STRUCTURES, residential or business location, on-site or remote = $1.00 per square foot – minimum $1,000 for up to 1,000 square feet. Full payment is due at the time of consultation.
- Basic QUICK SALE Feng Shui report for a residential or business location that is UNOCCUPIED, on-site or remote = 60¢ per square foot – minimum $600. Full payment is due at the time of consultation.
- PROJECT DEVELOPMENT for a residential or business location, on-site or remote = $1.60 per square foot – minimum $1600; which includes 2 reviews of changes to floor plans with additional reviews of the entire floor plan are $300 each. Consultation includes color advice and a complete report with the first year’s remedies. Full payment is due at the beginning of the project.
- HOUSE HUNTING evaluation of a residential or business location is $300 per unit remotely or $460 per unit on-site. I will evaluate all Feng Shui aspects of each location and advise you if the unit is a good fit for your family and/or business venture. No written report, just a 'yes' or 'no' answer. Having this preliminary information will save you from having a house that causes continuous spending, frequent backstabbers in your life, or sleeping alone among other things.

- Out-of-town consultations require a deposit. Additional travel expenses for an out-of-town consultation, such as airline ticket, rental car and/or hotel room are the responsibility of the client and are to be paid in advance.
- ANNUAL UPDATES via email or mail are $132 to $156 per location, depending on when you place your order. These updates are available to anyone for whom I have previously done a complete Feng Shui report. That equates to an investment of $11 to $13 per month to maximize the Feng Shui for the New Year.
